RETURN & REFUND POLICY

When you purchase online from Kam Kaddie, it comes with the assurance that you are receiving a quality product.

• You have 10 days from the date of delivery to file for a refund. To initiate the refund process, please contact info@kamkaddie.com, providing us with your order details and reason for the return.



• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please ensure that all parts, accessories, manuals, and included items are returned as well. Please note that items discounted over 40% are considered final sale and are only eligible for returns or refunds if it's determined they arrived damaged.



• Shipping Insurance Coverage: If you purchased optional Shipping Insurance at checkout, you are eligible for a return, refund, or exchange at no additional cost in the event of damage or theft during shipping. If Shipping Insurance was not purchased, Kent International Inc. is not liable for any damage or theft that occurs after the order has been shipped.



• Once your refund request is received and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please affix this label to the original packaging and arrange for the return shipment.



• Refunds will be processed upon the safe return and inspection of the item. We will carefully assess its condition to ensure it meets the required criteria for a refund.



• Please note that any damage to the item or missing items may result in a reduction of the refund amount or a denial of the refund request. We recommend taking care when packaging and shipping the bike back to us.



• Please note that undamaged returns (buyer’s remorse) need to be returned in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. A refund will be issued within 10 business days after the item is inspected for damage.

Returned items must be in unused condition, show no sign of wear, and must be in the original packaging.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only on items purchased directly through www.kamkaddie.com. Please reference your receipt/proof of purchase when contacting us. Please do not return your Kam Kaddie to us without obtaining a return authorization.
